1927 AJS H7 Big Port 350cc, excellent runner, V5C

Here is a wonderful example of one of the best bikes of the 1920's - the world beating AJS "Big Port". Immortalised by Howard R Davies who rode one to win the 1921 senior TT. By 1927 the model had acquired several important improvements such as wired edge tyres. This example starts easily and runs beautifully. It is remarkably fast for a 350. Very light and has great handling. The front brake is nothing special but rear is OK. Original twistgrip and front brake inverted lever are included, apparently the previous owner preferred the later ones fitted for riding.

Gears and clutch are all spot on. This is a great example and one of the best and most sought after vintage class motorcycles you could hope to find. Comes with V5C doc, Historic class road tax, MOT exempt.
