1958 AJS 18S, 500cc

Here is a really nice example of the alternator / points ignition version of the AJS 18S 500cc single. Lovely all round condition. Original engine & frame with AMOC certificate of authenticity. Starts easily sounds perfect mechanically. Cosmetically very tidy, looks to be original paint on tank with original gold pn-striping. Some patina. Sweet lively motor, good gearbox and clutch, Charging system converted to 12volt with a good old zener diode. Charging well, good lights.

Don't miss this superb example of an alternator 500cc AMC single, you don't see many of them!
